Investigators Program: Toddlers
Where every idea becomes a new adventure in learning.
Program Overview
Learning through wonder and routine.
Your toddler is meant to explore, take apart, put together, and question everything around them, and that’s exactly what our Investigators Program is designed for.
Toddlers are natural learners and eager to understand how the world works. Our classrooms nurture that curiosity through hands-on play, guided activities, and supportive relationships that help each child learn at their own pace.

The Emergent Curriculum Approach
Every Investigator classroom uses an emergent curriculum model, where teachers follow children’s interests to guide learning. When toddlers show interest in colors, bugs, blocks, or water play, teachers plan meaningful experiences that encourage investigation and discovery.
This flexible approach ensures every day is filled with purposeful play that supports each child’s development: social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.
Daily Highlights
Each day includes:
- Sensory exploration with textures, sounds, and materials that spark creativity.
- Music and movement that build coordination and rhythm.
- Storytime and conversation to expand vocabulary and comprehension.
- Hands-on art and building to strengthen fine motor skills.
- Outdoor play for gross motor development, balance, and social interaction.

Consistent teacher communication during drop-off and pick-up: Open dialogue during drop-off and pick-up builds ongoing trust.
