What documents are required upon enrollment?

Enrollment requirements vary by state and licensing agency. Your Center Director will provide a digital or paper enrollment packet with all the necessary forms at the end of your tour.

How long will I be on the waitlist?

Waitlist times depend on age group and center availability. We work hard to find a space for every child. Contact your Center Director for current waitlist details.

What are the tuition and fees, and what is the payment schedule?

Tuition varies by location and program. Weekly tuition is due every Friday before the week of care. A non-refundable registration fee is due at enrollment, and an annual fee is collected each January. Please reach out to your Center Director for location-specific tuition rates.

Do you accept assistance toward tuition?

Yes. We accept payments from Childcare Assistance Programs and Military Assistance Programs. Contact your center for details.

Do you provide food?

Yes! Food not only fuels your soul, it also fuels learning. Nutritious snacks are provided at most centers, and some locations also offer meals. Offerings may vary by location, but all food served follows USDA guidelines. Monthly menus are available at each center. If your child has food allergies, please notify the staff and include details on the health assessment form. With documentation from your child’s physician, we’ll work together on an accommodation plan.

Does my child have to take a nap?

Rest time is part of our full-day classrooms (except for School-Age programs). Children enjoy at least 30 minutes of quiet rest after lunch. If a child doesn’t need to nap longer, quiet activities are offered. Infants follow their own individual sleep schedules.

Do you provide transportation?

Transportation may be available for School-Age Program students through our center buses. Availability depends on partnerships with local public schools. Check with your Center Director to confirm availability.

Can you administer my child’s medication?

We can give emergency or life-saving medications like EpiPens or inhalers, as well as items such as diaper ointment on an as-needed basis, if they’re included in your child’s Medical Action Plan. Talk with your Center Director to set this up.

What is your sick child policy?

To protect all children and staff, we ask that any child who becomes ill while at the center be picked up within an hour of notification. If your child shows symptoms of illness, we’ll care for them in a separate, comfortable space until you arrive.

Do you conduct background checks on your employees?

Absolutely. All team members complete fingerprint-supported State and National background checks, including registry screenings, before their first day of employment. Visit our Teachers page to learn more about our team.

What safety and security measures do you take for your facility?

Each center features a secure keypad entry system that only staff and parents have access to. Families sign children in and out daily at our check-in kiosk. Anyone picking up a child must be on the authorized list and present a valid ID.

Our staff are trained in emergency preparedness, including fire, weather, and lockdown procedures. Regular drills help ensure everyone stays ready and safe.

Does your center have cameras?

Creative Playrooms has a video monitoring system for internal use to support daily classroom observations and ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment.

What are the qualification requirements for teachers?

Our teachers are chosen for both their experience and their passion for early learning. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA is preferred, along with prior childcare experience. How do you keep parents up to date on their child’s day?

We know that good communication builds trust. Teachers share daily updates through our childcare management app, including notes about activities, meals, rest, and more so you’ll always feel connected to your child’s day.
